Not only is tea an interesting dye for paper, it is also a unique dye for fabrics; as proven by kapok on their latest project. Bringing together three homegrown brands for this series of hand-dyed future classics t-shirt – Arnault (founder of kapok), Nana Chan (plantation project) and Anna Cennamo (extraction project) have worked together on producing these 27 completely unique pieces. Coming in the colors of jasmine, copper, iron; Camomile pure, copper; Roselle pure, iron; and Thai pure, iron; each piece has been dyed individually for a week, and the resulting colors were carefully extracted by using mordants and acids.
