As Hong Kongers become more accepting of wall art and graffiti art, different creatives are seen to be pushing for more public art opportunities, namely the public seating in QRE and wall murals by HKWalls which we have previously covered. This following relatively new local organization is also striving for the same goal in hopes to introduce more indoor murals for the public to enjoy.
Draw On Wall founded by creative online platform MobArt is a collective of over 80 local and international artists, who offers mural services to the city’s homes, offices and other public spaces. Customized to the client’s wants and needs, they believe that these artworks can not only encourage local artists to exercise their skills, but also to add new vibes to different spaces, making indoor environments more attractive and unique.
Capable of producing styles ranging from “children’s art to street graffiti, from figurative drawing to abstract painting”, the hub offers affordable commissioning so that local talents can be supported and local business owners can enjoy custom art without having to pay a fortune.
